Long time no speak!

I've been in the process of reinventing my business and myself.
For years, I sold strategy to small to mid-sized businesses.
Now I give them away.

After years of experiments in the best way to help my clients
get results, I tried a lot of different approaches. I worked
on a contingency basis. I sold ongoing strategy and support
on a monthly retainer basis. I did Marketing Audits with
outrageous satisfaction guarantees. And, I created the

But no matter what approach I took, a lot of the best
strategies were never implemented. The ones that were
implemented had a big impact. Sometimes as much as 300%
