Blogging is Too Good
To Ignore…

But who has the discipline
to keep creating new posts
every week forever??

(Ugh…sounds exhausting!)
Tom St. Louis says,“My interview
techniques have been hoovering hot
content out of clients’ brains and turning
it into persuasive copy for almost twenty
years.”

Dear Friend:

If you need to blog but know you will have a discipline challenge…or
if you already have a blog but are running out of steam, maybe I
can help you.

How would you like it if..

…instead of writing twice a week or once a day or twice a month…
which you may have a challenge getting yourself to do…

…instead you talked on the phone for an hour once a month to a
pleasant and engaging marketing pro?

Sounds a lot easier, doesn’t it?

I recently had a brainwave—
a blinding flash of the obvious

I was thinking of my most successful copywriting assignments. For example,
I wrote a half page ad one year that I licensed to a client for several years.
All told, I billed them about $50,000 based on their media buys. That’s more
than $150 per word. And they kept renewing because it kept on working for
them.

What was the secret to the amazing pulling power of the ad? Mostly it was
that I didn’t write it. I listened to what the client was saying!!!

Duh!

Admittedly I was able to see deeper into the implications of what they
were saying than they could. I captured the things that were right in front
of their noses but that they could not see.

When people try to write, too often they unconsciously assume a stiff
and formal tone. This does not work.

If you could just get into state and talk, you would uncover some great
content.

When I interview a person, I ask questions and follow up questions…and
MORE follow up questions…from different angles. I listen closely and
draw you out…I capture every word on tape, transcribe it, edit it punch it
up a bit..and voila…a powerful, persuasive and AUTHENTIC message…
it sounds so real because…

IT IS REAL!

I’m not writing your stuff for you…I’m drawing your stuff our of you.
The difference is huge.

In your blogging, you want an authentic voice, a voice that will put people at
ease and compel them to keep reading and to keep coming back.

Right now, I am offering a new service for bloggers or wannabe bloggers called
Extracted Content. I will interview you once a month and deliver an edited set
of blog posts for you to upload. I will also offer a content development plan
that will help position you as an authority in your market. And, I am assembling
a team who can do all the uploading and article submission and link building
for you as well so that your traffic builds steadily.
